How far in advance do you accept reservations?
Reservations are accepted up to 6 months in advance, except for special seasons.
Are same-day reservations accepted?
Yes, depending on availability. Please check our online booking site or contact us by phone.
Is it possible to make special requests when making reservations--such as asking for a particular view?
Meeting such requests will depend on room availability. Please contact us for further details.
Do you have a policy for children?
Preschool children are accommodated at no extra charge if extra beds are not required.
The adult price will apply to children of school age or older.
What is the charge for a third guest?

Can you provide extra beds?
Extra beds can be provided at a cost of ¥12,100 (including tax and service charge).
The number of beds are limited, and if unavailable, we can provide a sofa-bed instead.
Are any barrier-free rooms available?
Unfortunately, there are no such rooms at the Hotel.
Do you have any rooms that permit smoking?
All our guest rooms and terraces are non-smoking areas, including use of e-cigarettes.
Please use the designated smoking areas outside the Hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. The times may differ for some of our special packages. Please contact us directly with any requests for early check-in or late check-out.
Does the Hotel have a waiting list for rooms?
Unfortunately, we don’t keep waiting lists.

Are pets allowed in the Hotel?
Up to 2 dogs weighting less than 10kg can be accompanied in the Private Villa at a cost of ¥6,050 per a night, per dog (including tax and service charge).
Is there on-site parking at the Hotel?
The Hotel has parking for 4 cars on the premises. Additional complimentary parking is available at the nearby Zushi Marina parking area.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Reservation cancelled 1 day prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Reservation cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, 80% cancellation fees will apply.
Reservation cancelled 3 – 7 days prior to arrival, 30% cancellation fees will apply.
Different cancellation charges may apply for multiple-room booking. Please inquire for details.
Rooms and Hotel services
Does the Hotel offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we are pleased to offer all our guests free Wi-Fi in the Suites and the Lobby.
What items are available for use in the room?
Humidifiers, irons, and mobile chargers, are among the items available. Please ask the Reception when needed.
What kind of amenities do you provide in the room?
Is there an ATM machine in the Hotel?
We do not have an ATM machine in the hotel. The closest one is a 5-minute drive away.
What are the bed sizes?
All beds are 1200mm x 2000mm.
What type of bedding is offered in the Suites?
All suites offer Hollywood twin beds.
Is there a kitchen in the Suites?
There is a minibar but no kitchen.
Are items in the minibar charged?
All drinks and snacks in the minibar are complimentary and restocked daily.
Is Room Service available?
Room service is available from 11am to 7pm daily.
Breakfast must be booked in advance. A limited number of meals from a Japanese set menu are also offered.
What time are the restaurants open?
The Malibu Farm: 11am to 8pm (Last Order: 7pm).
Ristorante AO: 11:30am to 9:00pm (Last Order: 7pm).
What time is breakfast served at the restaurant?
Breakfast is served at Malibu Farm from 8am to 10am.
Are there any rules or restrictions in the restaurants?
The pajamas provided in the Suites, slippers and swimwear are not permitted in the restaurants. Exposed tattoos are also prohibited this area.
Can you help with celebrations for a birthday or special occasion?
We can arrange cakes and flowers etc. upon request. Please inform us when making a reservation.
Do you have a gym?
There is no gym at the hotel. We can recommend jogging courses nearby.
Do you have the business center?
Hotel Reception can assist with copying and faxing if needed. Rooms for business meetings are available at the Riviera Zushi Marina. Please click here for the detailed information.
Can I send my luggage to the Hotel in advance?
Yes, we will keep your luggage until arrival. Please make sure to include the correct information, including booking name, name of sender, and arrival date, and send to the hotel address.

We offer a pick-up service from the Kamakura or Zushi train stations. Please request when making reservations.
Do you offer any marine activities?
Activities such as cruising and fishing etc., can be arranged. Please ask at Reception for details.
Are fireworks allowed at the Hotel?
Fireworks are not permitted on the Hotel premises anywhere on the Riviera Zushi Marina grounds.
